Lack of Focus

The problem of paying attention gets worse with the growing age. It gets converted to lack of focus which means getting distracted easily from a meeting, overlooking minor details, and also, not being able to complete the tasks on time.

Hyperfocus

The adults affected with ADHD can also be affected by the issue of hyperfocus. This is a flip side of lack of focus. According to hyperfocus, one can get engrossed in his/her own affairs and can is unable to keep track of time. This leads to misunderstanding in relationships.

Disorganization and Forgetfulness

Impulsive

They usually buy items which are out of their affordability.

Low Self-Esteem

They are hypercritical in nature and they generally criticize their own selves. This happens because of their troublesome life at home, school, college, workplace, and also in relationships. They don’t consider themselves as worthy enough of anything.

Restlessness and Anxiety

It is impossible for ADHD affected adults to shut their energy off. They usually keep their “get going” attitude on. This attitude leads to restlessness which then turns into frustration, and then anxiety.
