- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
– Vegetables (boiled or diced) include broccoli, spinach, mushroom, onion, tomato, bell pepper, carrots and more

1- Procedure in oven:
-Mix together quinoa and all vegetables
– Add salt and pepper
– Now add eggs and form a dough
– Add cheddar cheese shredded
– Mix them all well
– Make small balls –
Now put them in baking tray or mini muffin tin
– Preheat the over to 350 degrees
– Now put this muffin tin in the over
– Add more shredded cheese on top

- Mix them all well
- Make small balls
- Heat oil in a pan
- Now deep fry these balls and make them flat
- Keep frying until golden brown
- Take out and put on paper napkin to remove excess oil

- Now take an aluminum foil and grease it

- Put on the BBQ grill
- Grill them for 3-4 minutes
