Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup lukewarm milk (any type should do – skimmed milk or any)

Instructions to prepare:

  1. Preheat your waffle iron. Put it to heat while preparing your waffle batter.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, milk, oil and honey, baking soda and cinnamon. Whisk it well until combined.
  3. Add the wheat to this mixture along with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Again, whisk it vigorously until the mixture forms an even paste.
  4. When the waffle iron is hot, add a little butter to grease it.
